How do I get started?
Sign up for a free trial, create your club profile, and invite team members. The entire setup takes about 15 minutes. Our support team can help if needed.
Can I connect my Whoop or Oura Ring?
Yes! We support Whoop, Oura Ring, STATSports GPS, Polar, Garmin, and Apple Watch. Simply go to Integrations and authenticate with your device account.
How does the video analysis work?
Upload match footage (from any camera - phone, GoPro, professional), and our AI automatically tracks players, calculates speeds, detects sprints, generates heatmaps, and produces statistics.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All medical data is encrypted with hospital-grade security (AES-256), we are HIPAA compliant, and every access to medical records is logged. Your data is isolated from other clubs.
How many teams can I manage?
All plans support unlimited teams. The pricing is based on total users across all teams (athletes + coaches + parents + staff).
Can parents access the platform?
Yes! Parents get secure access to their child's progress, wellness check-ins, schedule, and direct messaging with coaches. All access requires proper consent.
What if I need more users than my plan includes?
Just add 10 more users for €10/month (€1 per user). For example, if you have the Club plan (70 users) and need 80 users total, add €10/month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime with no penalties. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export if needed.
